- Responding to calls in case of repair needs, leaks etc.
- Site visits as agreed in our contract with you.
- Setting out a plan to deal with the long-term needs of the block.
- Dealing with major works projects and sending out section 20 notices.
- Obtaining feedback on contractor work carried out for you.
- Arranging health and safety checks and follow-up work.
- Overseeing all calls logged to ensure work completed on time.
